There aren't too many boxing games on mobile, which is why we got excited about EA's Fight Night Round 3 last year. Now Gameloft has its own contender, which is looking to deliver a knockout punch to EA's title.

It's called KO Legends, and claims it's the most advanced mobile fighter yet. Most boxers boast pre-fight, but does KO Legends have the power to back up its promises?

It's shaping up well, with loads of blows and combos to use, without needing to remember complicated keypad combinations. It also has special effects, such as slow-motion (presumably for Rocky-style slo-mo knockouts).

Meanwhile, there's a dedicated mini-game for when you hit the canvas, that requires hammering the button to get back on your feet. Oh, and ten different blows, as well as taunts and sneaky headbutts.

If you've got a decent handset, KO Legends will offer fully 3D graphics, with rounded boxers taking punches from all angles.

Meanwhile, for depth there's a Career mode, where you train your boxer to improve his skills and work your way up the world rankings.

The game features up to 50 boxers, each with their own styles and attributes, and you'll be duking it out in seven different environments, including a stadium, a gym, Las Vegas, the docks and a building roof.

Can you spot the odd one out?
