Ex-C&C devs reveal Highborn, 'the first social strategy game for the iPhone'

Jet Set Games - a studio founded by three developers with more than fifty years of industry experience at places like Westwood, Activision, EA, and Sony - has just announced Highborn for iPhone, iPad, and Facebook.

Described on the Jet Set Games website as 'the first social strategy game for the iPhone', Highborn is a casual strategy game for Facebook and iPhone/iPad. Presumably this means asynchronous cross-platform multiplayer.

Jet Set Games claims that Highborn will be both simple and deep, containing a mix of strategic play and 3D combat. Being a Facebook game, it'll allow you to challenge your friends to matches and advertise the results on your wall.

No video yet, but the screenshots look nice enough. We'll supply more data when we obtain it.
