Feral Interactive reveals requirements to run GRID Autosport on iPhone and iPad
It'll make your eyes water
In the second piece of GRID Autosport news this week, Feral Interactive has just revealed what it'll take to be able to run the AAA mobile game on your devices and, well, just take a look.
As we mentioned yesterday, GRID Autosport is an upcoming racer which has been built specifically for mobiles/tablets. Both graphically awesome and with seemingly responsive touch/tilt controls, it looks like a must-have for any keen car enthusiasts and racers.
The revealed specs today are enough to make those with older devices (such as myself) shed a sad, salty tear, though if we're being honest it's hard to say we didn't see it coming. Requiring a rather bulky 6GB of free space to install the game with all its DLC content, with a recommendation of 8GB, it's not for the faint-hearted. And, just to make some of you super sad, here are the devices that can play it:
iPads- iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2nd generation)
- iPad Pro 12.9-inch
- iPad Pro 10.5-inch
- iPad Pro 9.7-inch
- iPad (2017) 9.7-inch
- iPhone 8 Plus
- iPhone 7 Plus
- iPhone X
- iPhone 8
- iPhone 7
- iPhone SE
Don't forget, Feral will be live-streaming the first official gameplay on November 22nd on Twitch at 6 PM GMT/10 AM PST.
