Only if Tag Games fixes it. Don't get me wrong, Car Jack Streets has plenty going for it (slick presentation being one thing) but those solid foundations need some serious tweaking.
I totally agree with the points you raised in the iPhone review but I'd like to add that there is too much driving between locations early in the game. I felt while playing that the initial clutch of locations should have been clustered a bit more so that you have a hope of at least learning the layout of one area before the game's missions expand out into the city. Also, seeing as driving isn't really the game's strong suit (I digs the combat me), less treking between distant way points would be welcome.
As for the DSi, maybe a second screen would benefit Car Jack Streets, though screen real estate isn't really an issue on the iPhone so maybe not...
