It's not totally obvious what you have to do, so don't feel bad. I had a hard time figuring out that you actually have to activate two jet engines. After you activate the first one, go through the area that is accessible when the gate lowers. It takes you behind some crates to a ladder. Climb it and then activate the switch there. That blows the dude into one of the engines for the kill. Hope that helps ya!
