white screen on ds????

Hi i'm new here and wondered if anyone can help.

Whats happened is taht i brought a R4 card and it was working fine. Then i downloaded a new game and when i went to play the ds again all it has is a white screen with a red menu sign and a ?

Can someone tell me what has happened and how to fix it if i can???

could you have maybe deleted the software that runs the r4 card its just a guess. I have r4 card and everything is ok for me.
