YouTube (and lots of other flash sites) won't work with the official PSP browser because it needs an updated version of Flash in it. I'm not even sure if any of the homebrew operating systems will work with it.

PSP uses Flash Player 6, while YouTube (and most other websites with Flash,) are all on Flash Player 9.
