Euro release date revealed for FIFA '09
And EA is hoping it will be the greatest instalment yet
EA has confirmed the release date for the latest game in the FIFA series. Speaking to MCV, the publisher has said FIFA '09 will be hitting shop shelves on October 3rd.
The latest game in the series is due for release on DS, PSP and mobile phone, as well as PS3, 360, Wii, PC and PS2, and boasts plenty of improvements. For instance, the Be A Pro feature and Be A Pro camera, which replays goals and other highlights for you to watch back.
Feedback on the game so far has been positive, with some sources saying it could even - finally - outperform its rival Pro Evolution Soccer. At least there's not too long to wait to find out if that'll be the case...
