Devil May Cry 4 coming to PSP?
Gives the devil something to cry about other than the price of the PSPgo
The PSP is getting a lot of attention at the moment, not least of all because of the imminent arrival of its hardware update, the PSPgo.
As you can tell from the none-too-subtle jibe in the strapline of this story, we're still a little unsure about the price point Sony has chosen for the console relaunch, but it's renewed interest in the handheld platform is evidently spreading to third-party developers.
Chinese gaming website Duo Wan has picked up on some deliciously enticing screenshots suggesting that Capcom is working on a PSP adaptation of the hit console title, Devil May Cry 4.
Other than these screenshots (which certainly appear to be genuine, and even have Japanese subtitles on them), there's been no official word on the game's existence. It doesn't take a great suspension of disbelief to believe that Capcom would you be interested in bringing the hit action game to Sony's handheld console, however, and it'd slot comfortably into the array of hot adaptations already lined up.
The real question is whether we'll be looking at a retail game, a digital download, or both.
