I Must Run! developer bringing top-down platformer Crazy Kangaroo to iOS on May 1st

Gamelion, the developer responsible for endless-sprinter I Must Run!, has announced that its bringing an all-new Universal platformer to the App Store on May 1st.

Entitled Crazy Kangaroo, this extremely colourful top-down title sees you take control of a kangaroo named Barney, and tilt your device to get the little blighter back to his humble abode.

Throughout the game's 50 missions (which are spread across three unique worlds), you'll encounter hunters, and plenty of other hazards, not to mention stars and helpful power-ups.

"Unlike most platformers that are played on the x and y-axes, Crazy Kangaroo allows players to move forward and backward on the z, or depth axis," Gamelion's Sebastian Szczygiel said. "Join Barney on an insane adventure, chased by native hunters, hopping his way back home."

Crazy Kangaroo will hit the App Store packing Game Center support on May 1st for 69p / 99c.
