Bungee Desperado 2 boings onto your phone
It's a casual game with the ultimate in bouncebackability
As I watched Dean Gaffney crying for his mother before a bungee jump on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here a couple of weeks ago, I wondered why bungee jumping isn't a prime-time TV sport.
It's more exciting than football for a start. That is why Polish developer Tequila Mobile is making bungee games and not football sims, I'm guessing.
Bungee Desperado 2 is its second, as the title implies, and it's a one-thumb casual game with entertaining cartoon graphics, bags of humour, and, er, flying bottles of Tequila. That can't be safe, surely?
The game involves diving from a height attached to a flimsy rubber rope, which is hardly a surprise. But it has also got 10 levels in the single-player mode, a multiplayer mode for up to four players, and one level that's apparently 'endless'. Which is probably how it felt for Gaffney.
Bungee Desperado 2 is out now. We'll have a review for you as soon as we've shaken off the vertigo.
