Broken Sword: The Serpent's Curse gets premiere trailer, will point-and-click over to the Vita

Almost a year after shattering its Kickstarter funding goals, Broken Sword: The Serpent's Curse decided to strut its stuff around Gamescom to help keep fans excited about its release.

The first bit of news for The Serpent's Curse is that it'll point-and-click its way over to the PlayStation Vita in addition to its planned iOS and Android releases.

Although there's no specific date mentioned for the Vita release, Revolution Software's Charles Cecil took to The PlayStation Blog to say that he felt "The PS Vita is an ideal device for an adventure game" because of its "combination of the front and rear touch screen, as well as the analog stick and shoulder buttons."

Can't say as we disagree with him there.

Many fans were concerned when the game was delayed into the second half of 2013, but the trailer below should let these fans know that Broken Sword: The Serpent’s Curse is not only well under way, but also well worth looking forward to.

We'll keep you updated on news of a release date for the iOS, Android, and PS Vita versions of The Serpent's Curse. Until then, enjoy the trailer below.
