Help Barack Obama give Hillary Clinton a shoeing

The race to become the next US president is hotting up, with Obama versus Clinton and McCain versus Romney seeming to be the way the Democratic and Republican races are ending up.

Gameloft has been inspired by the process to make a mobile game featuring some of the big hitters, although (as you'd expect) it's only available in the US.

It's called Battle for the White House, and it's a mini-game-fest starring Clinton, Obama, Romney and, er, Giuliani, Edwards and Thompson. Deadlines being what they are, the last three have pulled out of the race since the game was finished.

Anyway, the game sees these candidates battling by dancing, boxing, running, rolling and fighting across eight different locations. There's also a degree of dodgy vote-manipulation involved, which is clearly unrealistic and made-up. Clearly.

Oh, and George W Bush makes a special guest appearance, too, presumably serving as a punchbag in the boxing mode.

Hopefully, next time we have a general election here in the UK Gameloft will do something similar involving our politicians. We reckon Gordon Brown has a decent uppercut.
