While we like to think that we type furiously all day while you read attentively, absorbing every word as though it comes from the mouth of some game-loving deity, the reality is that everyone has an opinion worth hearing.
Well, almost everyone.
The point is that we couldn't launch into our inaugural awards without getting you involved. So alongside our very own Pocket Gamer Awards 2010, we're kicking off the Pocket Gamer Readers' Choice Awards 2010.
Which is a rather long way of saying that you get to vote for your favourite game of the year. If you haven't already, you'll find these below.
As with the PG Awards, the games have been divided into three formats: iPhone, Mobile (which includes smartphones, etc) and Handheld (DS, DSiWare, PSP, and Minis).
We've focused the selection to cover what we think are the leading 20 games for each format released/reviewed between January 1st and December 31st 2009, and all you have to do is pick your favourite. At the end of the process, the votes will be counted up and the winners announced.
Simple.
So, check out the finalists, make your choice(s), and let the world tremble at the sound of the Pocket Gamer readers' voice. Or just pick your favourite game of 2009 and find out if everyone else agrees with you.

Note: While we've deliberately kept the voting process as open as possible, we're hoping it won't tempt certain individuals from abusing it. Nevertheless, multiple vote entries will be deleted and will not count towards the results.
