Asphalt 9: Legends' first update is a big one
New features, modes, cars, and more
Earlier this year we saw Asphalt's latest entry zoom out of soft launch and take the world by storm. Now it's time for the game's first update to go live and you'll want to put some time aside for this one.
Though we weren't quite sure what to expect from Asphalt 9: Legends when it first launched, it was overall a good game to knuckle down with. We gave it a Gold Award in its review, saying: "Asphalt 9 offers controls for everyone, fun for everyone, and white-knuckle, cackling-with-laughter crashes for everyone."
As for the update, there's a fair bit going. Firstly, there's a new Club Race Mode where you can create your own private races for your Club friends. There's also two new cars - the Lotus Elise Sprint 220 and Ferrari J50 - to enjoy. Once you unlock the Lotus Elise, a new career season with 20 challenges opens up. Oo er.
You can earn more rewards in Multiplayer Mode as you rise up the Legend League leaderboard, take part in the new Daily Goals for more prizes, and customisable tap-to-steer controls.
Grab it on the App Store or Google Play if you haven't already.
