Asphalt 3: Street Rules goes HD

Only in the US so far though

Asphalt 3: Street Rules goes HD

Gameloft has beefed up its Asphalt 3: Street Rules mobile game with full 3D graphics and released it in the US as Asphalt 3: Street Rules HD.

Looking not dissimilar to the N-Gage version of the game, the idea is still the same - zoom round a series of tracks using drifting, turbo boosts and dastardly tricks to beat your rivals.

Drive crazily enough, and the TV helicopters will show up. The game will offer 14 different tracks in seven cities around the world, with nine cars and three motorbikes to drive.

It's certainly looking spiffing. The game hasn't showed up yet on Gameloft's UK website, but given the company's past 3D versions for Asphalt games, it can only be a matter of time.
