iOS and Android Game of the Week - your vote needed
|

Each week, thousands of new games hit the iOS App Store and Google Play on Android. Trying to separate the wheat from the chaff is a tough job, and no mistake.

We like to think that we do a pretty good job of it with our news articles, mid-week round-ups, reviews, and features, mind.

But, we want to know what YOU think.

Today, we're asking you to pick the best game that was released on iOS and Android this week (from some nominations), and then we'll announce the winner in a glamorous article next Monday.

There are loads of places to vote. Leave a comment on this article, reply to our Game of the Week tweet, vote on Facebook, or just yell your nomination into a stranger's crying face.

The nominations
Badland (iPhone, iPad) Use one-touch controls to help a mysterious forest dweller traverse 40 hazard-filled levels in this gorgeous-looking Limbo-esque action-platformer.
The Other Brothers (iPhone, iPad) Move aside, Mario and Luigi. Joe and Jim are in town, and they're on a mission to save a damsel in distress from the sweaty grip of The Mob.
Tekken Card Tournament (iPhone, iPad) Collect cards, carefully craft deadly decks, and unleash classic Tekken characters like Paul Phoenix and Hwoarang on other players from around the world. Simple.
Slayin (iPhone, iPad) A pixel-art endless action-RPG in which you attempt to slay monsters and collect treasure while avoiding huge dragons and the dreaded permadeath.
Overkill 2 (iPhone, iPad) Grab a rifle. Attach a scope, an extended magazine, a new stock, and a grenade launcher. Now, use that rifle (and 39 other weapons) to take out a deadly faction and reclaim a city.
Into the Dead (Android) Can you survive in a world where the walking dead fill every street and field? Find out in this Silver Award-winning first-person endless-runner.
