Samsung releases spec sheet that explains why its Galaxy Note 10.1 is superior to 'the new iPad'

Yesterday, Apple's CEO Tim Cook took to the stage in San Francisco and officially unveiled "the new iPad", which - among other things - houses an Apple-designed quad-core A5X processor and that heavily rumoured Retina display.

Not wanting to be outdone, South Korea-based manufacturer Samsung has also released something new: a spec sheet and features chart detailing how its Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 is superior to Apple's third-generation tablet.

As you can see for yourself below, though, the chart is far from comprehensive. Samsung has essentially focused on the ability to use a stylus and to work with two apps side-by-side.

The company has also been quick to point out that its new Galaxy slate is both lighter and slimmer than the new iPad, can be used with a mouse, and is expandable via microSD cards.

From the other side

The chart, naturally, omits to mention the areas in which Apple's tablet takes home the gold, such as the camera, processor, and app departments.

Check the chart out for yourself and let us know what you think. Is the stylus mightier than the processor?
