Nintendo trademarks titles for assortment of new software

How many words can you think of that sound alright with the prefix DS attached? Actually, it doesn't really matter if they sound alright, just think of random words. How many did you manage? Loads? Yep, so did Nintendo.

The publisher, according to a Japanese trademark database translated by Siliconera, has trademarked a whole massive list of ideas for both DS and DSi, presumably many - the ones that come to be made - will be made available for download.

The DSi-specific software trademarked are DSiChannel, DSiStation, DSiNews, DSiMovie, DSiMusic, DSiMail, DSiMode, DSiVision and DSiTsuushin (DSiCommunication).

And a whole load of DS titles have also been trademarked. The full list follows. DSShopping - sounds brilliant.
