Hey, this is cool. A game where you arrange falling blocks into lines to make them disappear, which gets more difficult as you go along. Why has no one thought of this before?! Oh, hang on a minute...
Yes, it's fair to say that S-Tris 2 wears its influences firmly on its sleeve (and we don't mean S-Tris 1). It's a Tetris clone for smartphones running the Symbian and Windows Mobile operating systems, as well as Pocket PC PDAs (pictured).
It has normal and maniac gameplay modes, and online high score submitting, which is something mobile Tetris is still lacking.
But the aspect that's most likely to appeal to gamers is this: it's free.
The game is being given away by portal Clickgamer.com, presumably to get more people to see the other games they sell. However, you'll need to know technical info like which version of which operating system your phone has, and its screen resolution.
