Apple Arcade gears up for the holidays early with eight new games in November

As we gear up for the holidays, Apple is releasing a special update for its premier gaming service, Apple Arcade. Usually, four to five games are added every month but this update is special as a whopping eight brand new titles will join the subscription service over the course of November and early December.

Knotwords+ (November 3rd)

The first game is a simple crossword game. There are no fancy features and it’s perfect for those who are looking for a minimalistic experience. The puzzles may seem difficult to start off, but it gets easier as more words are found.

Football Manager 2024 Touch (November 6th)

Everyone’s favourite soccer management simulator returns for another season with brand-new features. Expect to find loads of novel mechanics like improved training, an updated set piece creator, manager principles, and a lot more.

Downwell+ (November 17th)

Later this month, players will embark on an adventure inside a well filled with unimaginable treasures. With only gunboots for protection, players must make their way through hidden caves and loads of darkness as they battle creepy monsters and discover hidden riches.

Delicious – Miracle of Life+ (November 24th)

November’s final game puts players in the shoes of expectant mother Emily and the rest of the family as they juggle between a chaotic kitchen and preparing for the baby’s arrival. A total of 90 levels are there, which feature various characters and locations from Emily’s life.

Disney Dreamlight Valley Arcade Edition (December 5th)

Then in December, players will be transported to a magical world full of Disney and Pixar characters. A mysterious force has descended upon the valley and it is up to players to save Dreamlight Valley with their beloved characters.

Sonic Dream Team (December 5th)

The long-running Sonic franchise is coming with their latest iteration, a 3D action platformer. Doctor Eggman has discovered The Reverie, which can manifest dreams. It’s up to Sonic and the rest of his team to help stop the nefarious villain’s plans as they navigate through twisted dreamscapes.

Puzzle & Dragons Story (December 5th)

GungHo is set to launch another instalment in their popular series, the latest combining classic match-3 gameplay with creature-collecting RPG mechanics. Players will form teams with their allies, upgrade their heroes, and raid several dungeons for rewards.

Turmoil (December 5th)

The final game takes players back to the 19th century, during the oil rush in America. Players take on the role of oil entrepreneurs who will do anything to maximize their profits. An entire campaign mode full of quirky characters and procedurally generated levels awaits.
