What's a couple of 'h's between friends? Not much it seems.

Anyhow you'd never catch Miley Cyrus cleaning the floor, and that's what Anna Montana is all about.

Its mixture of time management and I-Spy gameplay is more novel than the title suggests too.

Working title Desperate Housekeeper, while also sailing close to those spiky trademark rocks, is a much better description of what you get up.

Taking the role of a cleaner in the houses of the rich and famous, you have to select between your various cleaning utensils - their icons are how you interact with the rooms - using them in the correct order to make everything spick and span again.

Each type of mess has to be found, some are hidden away, and dealt with in a specific way.

Misplaced objects need to be picked up with the hand icon and placed back where the helpful arrow points.

Piles of dust need to be hovered up, while the various stains need to be hit with a combination of cleaner spray, cloth and brush. Clothes go into the laundry basket and then to the washing machine, while rubbish goes straight into the bin.

There's also a swag bag if you want to steal the odd iPod or watch for extra cash. Bad housekeeper.

Of course, this action all takes place against the clock. You have to complete a certain percentage of the cleaning to pass onto the next level.

The cash you earn is used to buy better equipment as it is time-based too, in terms of how long you can use it for before you have to wait for a second or two while it is automatically cleaned.

Underpinning this are your interactions with the various residents of Glamour Lane, who are thinly disguised characters from US TV shows such as Frasier, Seinfeld and Sex and the City.

Five more levels will be added, plus Facebook integration, via future updates.

But there are some tweaks for developers Humble Gaming to make; notably increasing the size of the sweet points when you're picking up and putting down some of the smaller objects you have to deal with.

Assuming this is dealt with though, Anna Montana is shaping up to be a good-looking package that offers something different to Sally's Salon-style of time-based games on the App Store.

Anna Montana is due to be released soon, priced at $1.99, €1.59 or £1.19.
