Dungeon Hunter 5 is happening - here's its first official video
Never enough dungeons
A new website from Gameloft has just revealed Dungeon Hunter 5, the next installation of its long-running series.
Dungeon Hunter 5 picks up where Dragon Hunter 4 left off, as you may have guessed, in the ruins of the Kingdom of Valenthia.
The game has a new looting system that lets you turn useless loot into something beneficial for actually useful loot, according to Venture Beat.
There isn't too much info about Dungeon Hunter 5 floating around the web yet, but you can take a look at the game's official dev diary video below.
Dungeon Hunter 4 received a mediocre score from us. Our review praised it as "mechanically the best" in the series and "a genuinely accomplished action-RPG."
However, a "ridiculously pushy IAP system" landed it a lower score.
It will be interesting to see which direction Dungeon Hunter 5, two years later, decides to go in terms of IAP.
Dungeon Hunter 5 is headed to iOS and Android.
